It consists of an open kitchen fully equipped with a built-in oven and dishwasher, a large living room with dining area and bedroom with a large, fold-out windows overlooking the sea, a modern bathroom with a large 2 m2 walk-in shower and an attic room that could be used as an additional bedroom or office. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and a baby.
The outdoor area consists of a 26 m² private swimming pool, an outdoor sitting area for 6 persons under a pergola, a private parking space in front of the house and a back garden. There is Internet and satellite TV.
